This policy explains what information Ordina collects and how we use it. Ordina provides table ordering and payment software to hospitality venues.
What we collect
From venues: contact details, venue details, menu content and payment-provider account details needed to run the service. From guests: the items ordered, the table, and payment status. Card details are entered into and processed by licensed payment providers; Ordina does not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To deliver orders to the venue, to process and reconcile payments, to provide receipts when a guest asks for one, to support venues, and to improve the service. We don't sell personal information.
Sharing
With the venue where the order was placed, with payment providers to process payments, and with service providers that host our software, under contracts that protect the data.

These terms apply to venues using Ordina. Specific commercial terms, including pricing, are agreed in writing with each venue.
The service
Ordina lets guests view a venue's menu, place orders and pay from their phone, and gives the venue a dashboard to manage those orders. The venue remains responsible for its menu, prices, taxes, the food and drink it serves, and its relationship with its guests.
Payments
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers under their own terms and settle to the venue's account. Refunds are issued by the venue through the dashboard or its payment provider.
Availability and support
We aim to keep Ordina available whenever venues are open and provide support by WhatsApp. Venues can stop using Ordina at any time.
